About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner and lead within the Marketing organization to drive day-to-day operating rhythms, planning cadences, leadership forums, and decision-making structures
  • Translate global brand and commercial strategy into integrated 360 marketing plans across channels, regions, and functions
  • Drive annual, quarterly, and campaign planning processes across the Marketing organization
  • Connect global strategy with regional activation across NA, UKI, EMEA, APAC, and China
  • Own launch governance for major product launches, campaigns, and market activations
  • Establish governance frameworks, timelines, ownership, and accountability structures
  • Identify organizational slowdowns or misalignment and resolve them before they become execution risks
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues and remove barriers
  • Improve decision-making speed, decision rights, and organizational visibility
  • Lead post-launch reviews and embed learnings into planning processes
  • Build accountability, continuous improvement, and organizational ownership across the integrated team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of integrated planning, cross-functional operations, and organizational effectiveness at a global scale
  • Proven track record leading complex, matrixed marketing organizations
  • Ability to align Brand, Media, Ecommerce, Regional, and Creative functions around shared priorities and integrated plans
  • Deep understanding of 360 marketing, including brand and campaign strategy, performance media, ecommerce, regional activation, and creative operations
  • Experience building and running launch governance frameworks and integrated planning processes across global teams and markets
  • Strong executive presence
  • Experience in prestige beauty, luxury, or consumer goods preferred
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time
