About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting in partnership with hiring managers and leaders
- Source, engage, and recruit passive talent using creative sourcing strategies
- Manage inbound candidate pipelines with attention to detail, communication, and follow-through
- Screen and qualify candidates across multiple positions
- Track candidates and maintain data integrity in Lever ATS
- Build relationships with hiring manager teams and create deliverables, timelines, tracking processes, and measurable metrics
- Handle candidate offers and closing while managing expectations
- Represent Houzz as a brand ambassador and provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate with recruiting teammates on projects and initiatives
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Recommend recruiting process improvements
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with high-volume recruiting experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with varying requirements and hiring timelines
- Experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates; Lever preferred but not required
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, recruiting on various platforms, and crafting Boolean search strings
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
