About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop marketing strategy, positioning and growth plans for each firm
  • Turn strategy into campaigns and initiatives that get executed
  • Own and understand leads, CAC, cost per lead, conversion rates and ROI
  • Coach business owners on marketing performance and next steps
  • Connect marketing activity to revenue, profitability and business growth
  • Work directly with owners as their trusted marketing advisor
  • Serve a portfolio of small law firms while HTM provides clients, systems and support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • CMO, Fractional CMO, VP, Head or Director of Marketing experience
  • Significant experience working directly with business owners or founders
  • Experience with businesses roughly in the $500K–$25M revenue range
  • Strong strategic marketing skills and the ability to execute
  • Comfortable owning marketing budgets and measuring performance
  • Able to explain marketing metrics in plain English
  • Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience as a fractional CMO or consultant is welcome
  • Must be located in one of the eligible states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Full-time, exclusive position; cannot be combined with outside consulting practice or other employment
