About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales performance and profit by achieving depot targets
- Build strong customer relationships through professional design support
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project
- Conduct home visits to measure, assess and understand clients’ needs
- Negotiate prices confidently while protecting margin and design integrity
- Plan and create inspirational and practical designs using strong product knowledge
- Advise customers and resolve queries throughout the process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of reaching sales targets and KPI
- Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and effectively
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle for home visits
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
- CAD skills are preferred, but not essential
- Must have a valid right to work in the UK
- No employment sponsorship available for depot positions
