Key responsibilities & impact

Support Howmet's Financial Shared Services in Székesfehérvár
Perform accurate bookkeeping of sub ledger accounts of North American Howmet locations
Apply and use Oracle financial modules
Perform daily cash application and customer account maintenance tasks following the daily schedule
Maintain constant communication within the AR team to keep the daily flow of operations smooth
Apply the common Chart of Account for North American Howmet locations
Follow standards and recommendations of the Financial Management Handbook and country-specific requirements
Execute tasks and accounting entries initiated by SSC customers
Maintain regular contact with Shared Service Center customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Secondary school certificate specialized at finance and accounting
English and Hungarian language skills
Thorough knowledge of Chart of Accounts and Howmet Financial Management Handbook in his/her area of responsibility
Knowledge of the accounting standards
Knowledge of integrated financial software
Knowledge of Oracle Financial Modules
Computer skills
Good problem solving and communication ability
Customer focus
