About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide compliance testing services to internal customers, including BuyPay and Credit teams within Financial Shared Services
Handle related administrative tasks
Understand compliance priorities, needs and requirements and provide professional services to customers
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of compliance rules
Complete assigned tasks on time and with high quality
Test related controls
Handle communications and follow up on answers
Ensure all controls/tests are completed in a timely manner and properly documented
Address identified control deficiencies with process owners
Ensure action plans are prepared and documented
Maintain positive working relationships with supported teams and ensure high customer satisfaction
Apply a good understanding of related business processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Secondary school certificate, preferably specialized at finance and/or accounting/economics
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement or finance, process understanding
English and Hungarian language skill
MS Office products, computer skills (spreadsheet / data query and manipulation)
Degree in economics, finance or accounting (preferred)
Compliance experience (preferred)
ERP system knowledge (preferred)
Good problem solving and communication ability (preferred)
Good analytical and communication skill, including both face to face and remote interaction (preferred)
Strong time management skills (preferred)
Accuracy and precision (preferred)
