About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Oracle VBCS development by configuring workflows, approval routing, and UI/UX for corporate HR
- Deploy and test Fusion AI Agents, evaluate use cases, validate outputs, and integrate AI automation into HCM Cloud workflows
- Troubleshoot IT/HR issues and support cross-team problem solving using Root Cause Analysis best practices
- Test and document OIC and REST/SOAP integration flows
- Analyze ServiceNow incident trends to identify recurring issues and GIS GPS delivery model improvement opportunities
- Participate in PMO meetings and support project status tracking
- Research Oracle features, AI capabilities, and low-code tools and share insights
- Participate in development, implementation, and deployment of new systems, information technologies, and solutions
- Support and enhance existing systems and information technologies
- Gather requirements and collect feedback from global customers and user groups
- Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions and identify key deliverables
- Produce required documentation and follow departmental processes
- Adhere to IT SDLC, security, compliance, GIS GPS Change Control, and standard operating procedures
- Work independently, directly with customers, and within work groups
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or another related IT field
- Expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Demonstrated internship, work, research, or extracurricular participation
- Willingness to learn and take initiative to understand the business
- Involved with at least one extracurricular activity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Employment eligibility verification required at hire
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Previous internship in Information Technology with a global employer preferred
- Aptitude for problem solving preferred
- Project experience with security tools or procedures preferred
- Previous report writing experience preferred
- Ability to manage projects and work within a team in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Leadership and strong decision-making skills preferred
