About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and update the strategic OCM Methodology
  • Serve as the voice for the OCM track within the Continuous Improvement/GIS PMO team
  • Maintain OCM Methodology documentation and identify and support training needs
  • Manage all aspects of OCM for assigned projects across Global Information Services, Business Unit IT, and Resource Units using GIS
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, monitor, and execute OCM tasks
  • Apply investigation, analysis, design, planning, and scheduling methods in accordance with IT and OCM methodologies
  • Manage multiple OCM project tracks and coordinate visioning, stakeholder identification and management, impact analysis, communication planning and execution, leadership alignment, training needs, and post-project surveys
  • Execute OCM deliverables to defined timelines and deadlines, supervising assigned track leads and external resources
  • Organize and complete multiple projects to meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Develop spreadsheets, graphs, and communications using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Business Intelligence, and ServiceNow
  • Compile and provide metrics and status reports for executives and team members
  • Keep informed of advances in OCM, project management, and general IT
  • Create, maintain, and develop SharePoint sites
  • Participate in PMO process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience providing Organizational Change Management support in the field of IT
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • U.S. person status required under ITAR: U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Experience delivering key IT projects, including strategic planning, development, and successful implementation of an OCM plan (preferred)
  • Experience leading medium to large OCM projects and understanding project management and OCM processes, methodologies, and techniques (preferred)
  • Experience across IT disciplines such as Technical Infrastructure, Networks, Applications, Security and Compliance, and AI (preferred)
  • General knowledge of functional business applications such as Financials, Requisition to Pay, Order to Cash, HR, Payroll, Benefits, and EHS (preferred)
  • Participation in global teams (preferred)
  • Experience working with and managing third-party vendors and suppliers (preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Business Intelligence, and ServiceNow
  • Ability to create graphs, pivot tables, and executive-level presentations
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal IT personnel
  • Ability to manage rapid decision-making and change
  • High level of confidentiality and professional demeanor
