About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with business stakeholders to scope and design projects
Advise on technical choices and balance decisions across technology and business domains
Analyse and understand clients’ businesses to develop innovative solutions
Work in a highly cross-functional and collaborative environment alongside clients, data and AI analysts, and developers
Lead technical analysis, technology solution design and build, experimentation, and spiking
Inspire and educate others to use new technologies and techniques

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years’ experience in software and engineering teams, ideally within consulting or client facing environments
Team leadership experience and willingness to work fluidly within the team, flexing your role and adapting across varied projects
Strong technical competence and recent hands-on software engineering experience
Experience using Python or Java with associated web frameworks such as Django, Ruby on Rails, or Spring Boot
Experience with REST API, front-end frameworks such as Typescript and Vue.js, SQL, and non-relational databases
Experience in data-heavy projects and understanding of stable, performant application platform design
Knowledge of AI engineering, cloud architectures, and DevOps techniques
Commercial drive and commitment to high-quality outcomes
Experience in or background knowledge of private capital/wealth or banking is advantageous
Consultancy/project-based experience with client-facing exposure is preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum study average of 8/10, preferably from a recognised Lithuanian or internationally ranked university
