Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Solid knowledge of Human Resources processes
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • SAP HCM certification is considered an advantage
  • Availability to travel throughout Brazil
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of and experience with SAP HCM PY implementation
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Knowledge of Excel
