Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and structure customers’ business requirements and develop solution and implementation concepts
Support SAP IS-U transformation and migration projects to SAP S/4HANA Utilities
Optimize and design energy-sector business processes in billing, invoicing, market communication, and device management
Conduct testing, documentation, and end-user training for the implementation of new solutions
Design and develop new SAP Fiori apps and improve user experiences across existing SAP system landscapes
Provide professional and personal mentoring to junior consultants

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of practical experience in the SAP IS-U environment, ideally with a utility, energy services provider, or SAP/IT consultancy
In-depth knowledge of energy-sector processes
Strong consulting expertise in billing, market communication, and FI-CA
Experience taking responsibility for customer projects
Confidence working at the interface between business functions and IT
Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions
Analytical and structured approach to work
Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and supporting junior consultants in their professional development
Business-fluent German, at least at C1 level
