About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor guiding enterprise transformation initiatives from strategic planning through adoption and sustained business value realization
- Partner with executive sponsors and stakeholders to define transformation objectives, success measures, value drivers, and business outcomes
- Lead current-state assessments to identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities, and transformation levers
- Develop value blueprints and phased transformation roadmaps connecting business capabilities, processes, technology investments, risk considerations, and organizational readiness
- Facilitate executive, leadership, and stakeholder workshops
- Lead business process discovery and future-state design efforts
- Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants to align requirements, process changes, and solution configurations
- Design and execute integrated change management strategies covering sponsorship, communications, training, readiness, engagement, and reinforcement
- Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Define and monitor adoption, performance, and benefits realization metrics
- Coach executive sponsors and business leaders as change champions
- Contribute to HSO’s Advisory practice through thought leadership, reusable assets, methodologies, templates, playbooks, accelerators, case studies, and business development activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, advisory services, business transformation, change management, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or cloud transformation initiatives; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks
- Strong analytical capabilities, including business case development, KPI definition, value measurement, and process mapping
- Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
- Experience working across multiple engagements and navigating complex or ambiguous business environments
- Experience within a Microsoft partner consulting environment
- Familiarity with business process management frameworks and tools such as BPMN, APQC, Visio, or Mavim
- Experience supporting AI and Copilot adoption initiatives and associated organizational change requirements
