About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end marketing and promotion of the Leadership Conference, from audience growth and campaign planning through event delivery and post-event engagement
  • Develop and deliver The Thread podcast marketing strategy, including speaker research, briefing, content planning, production support and promotional activity
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital, partner and regional channels
  • Build relationships with senior leaders, regional teams and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Creative Studio and Events team on content, creative assets and speaker promotional activity
  • Manage content calendars, campaign timelines and budgets
  • Research emerging leadership, church and cultural trends
  • Champion Alpha’s mission and brand across conference and podcast activity
  • Work with donor, regional and partner teams to ensure a consistent audience experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
  • Proven success in marketing large-scale events
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Sharp design eye
  • Proactive, strategic thinker able to execute tactically
  • Ability to innovate, prioritise and deliver results
