Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and design electronic circuits, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and embedded systems
Perform simulations and performance analyses of electronic components
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hardware with software and mechanical systems
Conduct hardware validation and verification testing, including electrical strength, leakage current, temperature, and other compliance tests
Manage technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and instruction manuals
Work with suppliers to select components, obtain samples, and negotiate costs
Monitor manufacturing, assembly, and production testing
Identify and resolve hardware-related technical issues during development and production
Stay current with technological trends and innovations in electronic engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in hardware design and electronic product development
Advanced knowledge of analog and digital circuit development, power electronics topologies, electronic circuits for signal conditioning, and power supplies
Proficiency with electronic design and circuit simulation tools
Knowledge of technical standards and product regulations
Experience with agile product development methodologies
Basic knowledge of firmware and software programming for hardware integration
Familiarity with project management tools
Leadership skills and the ability to guide technical teams
