About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gain hands-on experience alongside HUB teams while learning the insurance brokerage business
- Explore business areas including client service and sales
- Learn from industry experts across risk, insurance, employee benefits, retirement, and wealth management
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to understand client and community needs across the United States
- Assist with policy administration, endorsements, renewals, data management, and claims processing
- Support analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends
- Participate in technical workshops and training sessions
- Prepare reports and presentations communicating project updates, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Participate in networking, volunteer, social, and community service activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- College students with a Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation
- Some college (no degree)
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Collaborative team player with a desire to help others
- Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work
- Negligible required travel
