About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gain hands-on experience alongside Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and/or Retirement & Private Wealth teams
- Explore client service, sales, insurance, risk, employee benefits, retirement, and wealth management
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to understand client and community needs across the United States
- Assist with policy administration, endorsements, renewals, data management, and claims processing
- Support analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends
- Participate in technical training workshops and learning sessions
- Prepare reports and presentations communicating project updates, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Participate in speaker series, networking, volunteer initiatives, social activities, and community service projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- College students with a Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Collaborative team player with a desire to help others
- Independent and self-motivated; capable of autonomous work
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement at the specified California locations
