About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and help drive corporate and divisional sales initiatives
  • Support cross-sell efforts across SPG Ancillary Benefits, SPG Specialty Benefits, and other SPG divisions
  • Prepare finalist meetings, provide scheduling support, and summarize discussions and next steps
  • Maintain Producer-facing CRM records in Salesforce and Monday.com
  • Track missing data requests and support accountability across cross-functional teams
  • Flag stalled, at-risk, or dead opportunities and coordinate CRM updates
  • Distribute pipeline and in-force client reporting from CRM sources
  • Keep HUB regional engagement status tracking current
  • Vet, investigate, and consolidate lead data with Producers
  • Run CORE checks and other diligence and eligibility steps
  • Monitor and interpret intent data to surface timely opportunities
  • Research sales leads and competitive intelligence and deliver analysis and reporting
  • Maintain divisional sales tools showing eligibility, pricing, and referral readiness
  • Build sales enablement collateral, one-pagers, discovery cards, co-branded decks, and Producer toolkits
  • Support discovery calls and partner capability summaries
  • Support email campaign execution, scheduling, and tracking with marketing
  • Coordinate event and meeting logistics for Producer-driven events and carrier meetings
  • Coordinate collaboration and communication among matrix partners
  • Build relationships with internal colleagues, broker partners, and carrier partners
  • Support producer coaching and collaboration
  • Adhere to best practices and SLAs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-5 years' experience in employee benefits, sales operations, or a related field
  • Understanding of HCM and ancillary products, including dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health
  • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and prospecting or intent-data platforms
  • Ability to triage a large set of data with acute attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong writing and design instincts; ability to build polished collateral and decks without heavy creative direction
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with organizational change
  • Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal oversight or direction
  • Adaptable and capable of balancing competing priorities across multiple business lanes
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
