Key responsibilities & impact

Write technically accurate content including customer and partner case studies, technical articles, product explainers, launch materials, and posts for X and LinkedIn
Work with customers, partners, and internal experts to uncover what they built, how it works, and what changed
Turn interviews, demos, and results into evidence-based stories
Learn HUD’s platform and marketplace to explain products, research, and customer workflows
Help founders and the team communicate product vision, technical insights, and platform wins in HUD’s voice
Propose topics and formats
Manage drafts and feedback through publication
Use reader engagement and GTM team input to improve published content
Participate in a process involving two technical interviews and a 2–3 day work trial

Requirements

What you’ll need

Portfolio showing technical depth, clear explanations, and strong storytelling
Application must include a portfolio link with at least one piece of technical writing
Technical fluency to discuss AI engineering, research, and technical customer and partner topics
Strong research and interviewing skills
Editorial judgment about reader needs, argument structure, and use of diagrams, examples, or demos
Ability to develop ambiguous briefs into polished drafts, incorporate technical feedback, and manage multiple content pieces
Genuine excitement about frontier models and telling HUD’s story
Familiarity with RL, environments, evals, benchmarks, or post-training data may be an advantage
Published case studies or technical content for AI/ML products, developer tools, or infrastructure companies may be an advantage
Social content or ghostwriting experience for technical founders may be an advantage
Hands-on work with technical products, code, or demos and thoughtful use of AI tools may be an advantage
Ability to work hours with 70–80% overlap with either San Francisco or Singapore time zones for remote work
