About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Brindar atención al cliente por chat para BRM Perú

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Nivel de inglés requerido de B2 a más (Certificado)
  • Deseable experiencia de 3 meses en gestiones de ATC
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida (95% remoto y 5% de acuerdo a necesidad)
  • Excelente comunicación escrita en español e inglés (Indispensable)
  • Educación secundaria
  • Disponibilidad de lunes a domingo, con 1 día de descanso a la semana
  • Disponibilidad horaria de 06:00 am a 09:00 pm; se programan 8 horas diarias de gestión
