Architect, develop, and optimize responsive, intuitive, and high-performing web applications using React.js and its ecosystem
Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and performance best practices
Implement reusable components and maintainable code structures
Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs seamlessly into the frontend
Contribute to backend discussions and provide input on Node.js services when needed
Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Advocate for design consistency and usability across the platform
Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Take ownership of feature delivery, ensuring timelines and standards are met
Engage, learn, and share best practices while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–6 years of professional experience in frontend engineering, preferably in startups
Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and frameworks like Next.js
Familiarity with backend development using Node.js and API integration patterns
Understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility standards, and security best practices
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
