Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Punk Royale’s Swedish and international operations with full business and results responsibility
Drive profitable growth while strengthening the guest experience and preserving Punk Royale’s DNA
Translate strategic direction into clear priorities for profitable growth and international expansion
Own P&L and ensure financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and relevant reporting
Build a commercial engine that generates demand and strengthens occupancy, revenue, and brand positioning
Protect and further develop Punk Royale’s DNA and guest experience while scaling the business
Create simple structures, processes, and ways of working that provide clarity and repeatability without unnecessary bureaucracy
Lead an international multi-site organization, develop leaders, and strengthen the ability to open and integrate new restaurants and markets
Ensure transparent and effective collaboration among the board, owners, and operations
Work closely with founders, owners, and the business while maintaining regular presence in other markets and at new establishments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep understanding of hospitality, professionally or privately
Experience of significant business and P&L responsibility
Experience leading through others
Strong commercial and analytical ability
Ability to create simple structure without bureaucracy
Ability to balance profitability with quality, brand, and guest experience
Ability to work with active owners, founders, and strong creative individuals
Ability to challenge and drive change
Entrepreneurial, people-oriented, commercially strong generalist
Regular presence at Punk Royale’s other markets and new establishments is required
