About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create user-centred UI/UX design solutions for Huel’s digital customer experience
- Design and optimise experiences across the customer journey, including landing pages, product pages, checkout, post-purchase, account areas, and internal tools
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams to turn ideas into effective digital experiences
- Help evolve and maintain Huel’s design system
- Conduct UX research and usability testing
- Use feedback, data, and user insights to iterate on designs and improve customer experience
- Support easier purchasing and management of Huel subscriptions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Early-career UI/UX designer, ideally with 1–2 years’ experience
- Some experience in UI/UX design
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work from a role, internship, or personal projects
- Strong eye for clean, user-centred design
- Curiosity about how digital products work and how they can be improved
- Familiarity with Figma
- Eagerness to keep learning and developing design skills
- Comfortable receiving feedback, trying new things, and iterating quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Exposure to e-commerce, conversion, or performance-driven design is a bonus
- Ability to complete appropriate pre-employment checks, which may include a Basic DBS check
