About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable a sales organization spanning approximately half of the U.S.
  • Drive revenue growth and quota attainment across the Area
  • Build and scale the sales organization by recruiting and onboarding leadership and field talent
  • Develop Regional Sales Managers through coaching, feedback, field time, and individualized development
  • Own Area sales strategy and execution, translating national goals into regional priorities and action plans
  • Use sales performance, market dynamics, competitive insights, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive action
  • Lead monthly Area operating reviews covering performance, opportunities, risks, and priorities
  • Manage performance through goal setting, forecasting accuracy, and prompt action on underperformance
  • Partner with Inside Sales to support Area goals and coordinate across the sales organization
  • Collaborate with Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR, Commercial Operations, and Finance on launches, customer programs, and commercial priorities
  • Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in internal and external interactions
  • Represent Hugel Aesthetics with customers and at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Provide the VP of U.S. Sales with visibility into Area performance, market dynamics, competitive activity, customer insights, and the talent pipeline
  • Champion Hugel’s culture and values

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of sales experience with significant leadership responsibility, including leading across multiple markets or regions
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience leading and developing sales managers
  • Track record of building strong management teams, coaching leaders, and developing people for greater responsibility
  • Medical aesthetics leadership experience strongly preferred, particularly in injectables and across dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical spa channels
  • Strong knowledge of the aesthetics market and talent landscape
  • Ability to attract, recruit, and retain high-performing sales management and field talent
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong coaching and people development skills
  • Customer-focused and highly collaborative
  • Integrity, accountability, sound judgment, and professionalism
  • Ability to lead in a growing organization, move quickly, solve problems, adapt, and help shape and scale a U.S. commercial organization
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
  • Ability to travel 50%+, including throughout the assigned Area, to corporate headquarters, and to national and regional industry conferences and meetings
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
