Key responsibilities & impact

Review data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues to maintain accurate and compliant customer accounts
Process contributions consistently and on time, ensuring customers’ contributions are correctly applied
Identify discrepancies and correct errors for high-quality reporting and operational data
Support information flow between teams to resolve customer inquiries and streamline workflows
Develop proficiency in operational processes and provide day-to-day support and process improvement insights
Contribute to key projects, support project leads, meet deadlines, and maintain quality deliverables
Troubleshoot payroll system integration issues
Maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and communicate trends and metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping (preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong aptitude for working with numbers
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Basic problem-solving abilities
Interest in research and learning
Willingness to identify and suggest process improvements
Bachelor's Degree (nice to have)
Basic reconciliation skills (nice to have)
