About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive efficiency, scalability, and velocity within implementation processes
  • Increase the volume of successfully launched plans while optimizing resources and operational workflows
  • Reimagine and refine sales activation strategies beyond traditional 401(k) implementation
  • Lead and support Customer Onboarding teams and leaders with tools and frameworks
  • Work with Sales Activation Managers to identify trends and strategies improving onboarding timelines and experiences
  • Coach Sales Activation Managers to improve the 90-day onboarding process and launch rates
  • Assist in leading setup, payroll connectivity, program management, quality assurance, and conversion onboarding
  • Strategize and innovate scalable processes to increase launched-plan volume
  • Partner with Product and Integration teams to eliminate manual processes and drive automation
  • Scale the team by automating and streamlining onboarding
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement, Revenue Leadership, Customer Support Operations, and other teams on onboarding communication, collaboration, and customer escalations
  • Monitor onboarding performance metrics and implement continual improvements
  • Manage people and performance using radical candor
  • Report to the Vice President of Sales Activation & ERISA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Results-driven, confident, and dynamic leadership
  • Ability to communicate across the organization and inspire and motivate teams
  • 13+ years of total experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in sales, customer implementation, or related disciplines in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success working with high-volume metrics
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding monthly quotas
  • Experience in SaaS and fast-paced technology environments
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Experience evolving and optimizing people, processes, and tools
  • Expertise managing and overseeing large, complicated accounts and projects
  • Ability to facilitate change from executive level down
  • Executive-level communication and conflict mediation skills
  • Strong people and performance management experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience and/or knowledge in the 401(k) industry (nice to have)
  • Sales leadership experience (nice to have)
  • 401(k) sales experience (nice to have)
