About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coach and develop a high-performing inside sales team
- Lead a tech-enabled inside sales partnership engine to scale referral agreements and expand nationwide market reach
- Test and refine persona-aligned outreach sequences and talk tracks
- Manage full-funnel partner execution from net-new partner acquisition through relationship management and AE handoffs
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Partnership leads on SLAs, target-list criteria, and automated lead routing
- Conduct 1:1 coaching, weekly activity tracking, and bi-weekly call reviews
- Improve value-based pitching, objection handling, and partner negotiations
- Provide weekly commit forecasts based on activity volume, conversion, and downstream revenue impact
- Monitor appointment conversion and follow-up cadences, maintaining an 80% to 90% show rate
- Convert successful manual prospecting tactics into scalable automated playbooks
- Track quota attainment, lead-to-opportunity rate, lead-to-closed-won rate, daily activity, and partner follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative role or similar sales position
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales team management experience
- Strong understanding of sales processes
- Experience with Outreach and Gong
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong mentorship ability and professional feedback skills
- Experience measuring, managing, and optimizing activity and productivity
- Experience reporting on pipeline performance
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
