About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop robust financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Improve forecast accuracy, explain material variances, and develop recommendations regarding revenue and expense levers
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and their teams on ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support
  • Deliver actionable insights to inform decisions and align capital allocation with strategic initiatives
  • Provide data-driven financial analysis to optimize GTM organization performance
  • Streamline processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions for growth and scale
  • Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings, investors, and internal reporting
  • Create and monitor KPIs against key financial objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A at a high-growth software company and/or investment banking
  • Ability to build robust financial models in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and experience analyzing SaaS metrics
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels, including with external partners
  • Ability to derive insights from large datasets
  • SQL experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Pigment is a plus
