Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering to drive planning and execution across teams
  • Identify and mitigate execution risks by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and improving stakeholder communication
  • Create schedules, set goals, and identify milestones at project and team portfolio levels
  • Maintain team-level bookkeeping for efficient sprint-level operation
  • Track and report project and goal progress in audience-appropriate ways
  • Create, drive, and optimize planning, execution, and reporting processes
  • Ensure roadmap planning, resourcing, and cost management activities are completed
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and impact
  • Uphold a culture of focus, delivery, and accountability
  • Manage the flow of financial inflows, deposits, and withdrawals and support self-service products for admins, participants, and operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills
  • 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry
  • Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
  • Experience working with cloud-based service-oriented architectures
  • Proven record of building and delivering successful products
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong ability to investigate technical problems and use data to find solutions
