About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering to drive planning and execution across teams
- Identify and mitigate execution risks by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and ensuring stakeholder communication
- Create schedules, set goals, and identify milestones at project and team portfolio levels
- Maintain team-level bookkeeping for efficient sprint-level operations
- Track and report project and goal progress in audience-appropriate ways
- Create, drive, and optimize planning, execution, and reporting processes
- Ensure roadmap planning, resourcing, and cost management activities are completed
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and impact
- Uphold a culture of focus, delivery, and accountability
- Drive trust, precision, transparency, and self-service financial products for money movement operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to translate technical concepts into plain language
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills
- 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry
- Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
- Experience working with cloud-based service-oriented architectures
- Proven record of building and delivering successful products
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to dive deeply into technical problems and leverage data to find solutions
