About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and facilitate instructor-led onboarding, upskill, and continuing education courses for Customer Success Support Associate and Client Relationship Manager programs
- Guide employees through self-led learning content and own training sessions from start to finish
- Maintain working knowledge across multiple functional areas and integrate complex processes into training
- Deliver advanced training for experienced learners using prerequisite skills and veteran insights
- Apply learning theory and adult-learning principles to training programs
- Evaluate trainee performance, conduct assessments, and provide actionable feedback to managers
- Establish criteria for successful training completion and measure employee progress
- Create innovative training processes and materials with subject matter experts
- Review and update instructor-led and e-learning content for accuracy and currency
- Align individual contributions with team objectives and support long-term growth
- Maintain high-quality content and achieve at least 80% in formal trainer performance observations
- Collaborate with enablement team members and support company-wide initiatives
- Welcome new team members and serve as an ambassador for Human Interest and Enablement
- Partner with operational leadership to identify training needs and knowledge gaps
- Use data-driven insights to address training needs and improve processes
- Build trust in the training function and deliver engaging, high-quality training programs
- Identify process improvements and optimize policies, processes, and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA degree or equivalent practical experience (degree is stated as ideal/preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in teaching, training, or a closely related field
- Understanding of SaaS business motions and the entire customer lifecycle
- Proven customer management skills, especially with large and complex accounts
- Track record of meeting and exceeding team objectives
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to use data to inform business decisions and achieve goals
- Comfort with rapid change and willingness to take calculated risks
- Startup and SaaS experience preferred
- Experience using Salesforce, Docebo, Google Drive, and other LMS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in the U.S.
