About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end healthcare research projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.
  • Design and deliver research programmes, from questionnaire development and data analysis through to insight generation, reporting and client recommendations.
  • Build strong client partnerships, contribute to proposal development and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.
  • Lead projects from brief through to debrief while partnering with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong quantitative market research experience gained within an agency environment.
  • Qualitative market research experience gained within an agency environment
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical or life sciences research experience.
  • Experience designing surveys, analyzing quantitative data and developing actionable insights.
  • Mixed-methods experience is highly desirable but strong quantitative capability is essential.
  • Excellent project lead, management and client relationship skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
  • A collaborative approach and passion for developing others.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding work.
