About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Rate design samples for typography, visual hierarchy, design execution, color, layout, and overall polish
- Follow detailed rubrics to maintain consistent ratings across high volumes of design samples
- Identify flaws in slides, from minor issues to major issues requiring full reconstruction
- Edit flawed slides using other slides as references to improve cohesion
- Flag edge cases and unclear examples
- Rate and edit provided samples rather than creating original designs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education in design or arts (degree or certificate)
- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, SMM specialist, or marketing professional
- Strong grasp of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
- Openness to feedback and recalibration
- Design review, art direction or QA experience (nice to have)
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other modern design tools (nice to have)
- Prior data annotation or AI training experience (nice to have)
