About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Rate design samples for typography, visual hierarchy, design execution, color, layout, and overall polish
- Follow detailed rubrics to maintain consistent ratings across high volumes of design samples
- Identify flaws in slides, from minor issues such as font size to major issues requiring full reconstruction
- Edit flawed slides using other slides as references to create cohesion across the design
- Register on the platform and begin projects after identity confirmation and skill validation
- Note: create no original designs; rate and edit provided samples according to guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education in design or arts (degree or certificate)
- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, SMM specialist, or marketing professional
- English proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) level or higher
- Strong grasp of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
- Portfolio required for application
- Identity confirmation and skill validation required
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other modern design tools (nice to have)
- Prior data annotation or AI training experience (nice to have)
