About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform end-to-end data processing for market research projects
- Review questionnaires and database setup, including filters, routing, piping, quota logic and database structure
- Restructure and merge datasets; create code frames; recode data; support weighting and complex computations
- Produce simple and complex tabs, including crosstabs, banners, breaks, filters and derived variables
- Execute consistency, missing-data, questionnaire-logic and output-accuracy checks
- Use Human8 tools such as visual tagging and text highlight for coding, classification, quality review and insight preparation
- Automate recurring processing tasks using syntax, templates, macros, Copilot-assisted workflows and approved techniques
- Maintain traceable, repeatable processing documentation
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and colleagues
- Contribute to manuals, guides, checklists, reusable templates, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Partner with senior experts on complex data structures, advanced transformations and challenging tabulation requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Data, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics etc
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Manage English at a professional level (verbal/ writing) and able to have a fluent and accurate conversation
- Proficiency with SPSS, WinCross, Q, Data Wizard, Copilot and relevant Human8 proprietary tools
- Knowledge of data manipulation, data wrangling, coding, validation, tabulation, questionnaire/database review, quality checks, automation and processing documentation
