About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data
- Establish metrics and deliver data analyses supporting business intelligence
- Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends
- Forecast the organization's short-, medium-, and long-term financial and competitive position
- Develop and support financial projections for Utilization Management programs
- Develop and execute processes and controls governing data flow
- Ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and issues
- Troubleshoot problems and conduct root cause analysis
- Develop cost-effective resolutions for data anomalies
- Advise executives on significant matters and help shape functional strategies
- Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues with minimal supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- FSA or ASA plus relevant advanced degree, recent and relevant work experience, and/or other relevant professional designations
- MAAA
- Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms
- Experience in more than two functions, such as modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting and analysis, reserving, or trending
- Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
