About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee compliance activities related to sales operations
  • Provide oversight and governance for sales channels
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational requirements
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls for sales monitoring and oversight
  • Lead efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Operational teams to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Analyze emerging regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on compliance performance, findings, and risk mitigation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance
  • Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance requirements
  • 2+ years of people leadership or management experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: MBA, Juris Doctor (JD), or other advanced graduate degree
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, insurance, Medicare, or highly regulated industries
  • Home internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
  • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
