About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide oversight and governance for sales agencies and marketing partners to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational marketing requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls related to marketing and sales activities
- Lead compliance monitoring efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions
- Analyze emerging regulatory changes and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding compliance performance, findings, and risk mitigation efforts
- Partner with marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and external agency partners to promote compliance and operational excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in compliance
- Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance requirements
- 2+ years of people leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
