About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Product Management function for Associate Technology Experience (ATX)
- Establish expectations, standards, and accountability for the product team
- Develop, coach, and grow Product Managers through hiring, performance management, mentorship, and career development
- Improve product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and product decision-making
- Define and evolve product practices, operating mechanisms, governance, and ways of working
- Integrate customer research, experience measurement, analytics, operational insights, and market trends into product decisions
- Establish and evolve the ATX product performance framework
- Define outcome measures, product health indicators, adoption metrics, customer experience signals, and operational measures
- Strengthen product go-to-market and lifecycle practices
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, Operations, and other cross-functional leaders
- Provide recommendations informing strategic planning, roadmap direction, and organizational priorities
- Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management
- Experience with product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and measurement of customer and business outcomes
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience with coaching, performance management, talent development, and building high-performing teams
- Experience leading Product Managers responsible for enterprise technology products, services, or platforms
- Experience with products configured, integrated, or enabled through third-party technologies and vendor solutions
- Experience advancing product management maturity through product practices, operating models, governance, performance measurement, and talent capabilities
- Experience building and scaling product organizations using customer insights, experience data, analytics, and outcome measures
- Ability to define, monitor, and use product health metrics, adoption measures, customer experience indicators, and business outcomes
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, and Operations leaders
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills
- Typically requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 6+ years of product management, and 3+ years of management experience
- Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
