  • Drive engineering excellence through scalability, reusability, and performance optimization

  • Lead technology selection decisions, including build versus buy
  • Drive adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics
  • Continuously modernize the technology stack
  • Own end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of enterprise platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud, and distributed systems
  • Experience with AI, automation, and data platforms
  • Ability to lead transformation and change
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Must be able to go on-site to a corporate office in Dallas, Louisville, or Nashville as needed
