Key responsibilities & impact

Define sales product strategy for one or more lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments
Develop key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and cost efficiencies
Provide data-driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share
Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase the overall sales portfolio
Identify improvement opportunities through trend and utilization analysis
Collaborate with business leaders, marketing, and finance on strategic and competitive sales plans
Advise executives on functional strategies and significant matters
Solve complex business problems using internal and external data sources
Describe tools, technologies, applications, and practices for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and presenting organizational data
Generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets for end users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts
Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested data elements
Program and maintain report forms, dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and end-user information portals
Create report specifications based on business requests
Serve as the first touchpoint for product leader data needs and identify solutions with data and analytics teams, including data science
Lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of measurement strategies to advance business objectives and OKRs
Prepare and present insights to product leaders to improve operations, efficiency, and trend savings
Improve data and reporting process efficiency through automation, documentation, and best practices
Deliver consistent reporting look and feel to end users

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 or more years of experience in reporting, data and analytics
2 or more years of business-facing experience
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs
Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data
Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership
Ability to present to executive leadership
Bachelor's Degree preferred
PMP Certification preferred
Active or previous health license for Medicare preferred
Experience training and/or coaching professionals preferred
Strong business acumen preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Smartsheet preferred
Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
