About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead project-level answer generation and ensure alignment with enterprise transformation goals
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of projects with staffed delivery resources, typically two teams of 1–3 members each
  • Identify and raise cross-functional connections and dependencies for Transformation Office engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Develop project workplans and define delivery approaches
  • Provide input on project scope
  • Coach and develop Leads, Consultants, and Analysts
  • Foster team growth and capability building
  • Oversee multiple project teams and manage dependencies
  • Provide thought leadership to shape approaches aligned with broader transformation objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, portfolio management, operations leadership, or similar function
  • Proven experience driving transformation, change, process optimization, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience overseeing management and coordination processes, preferably in a healthcare company or similar environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with executive reporting, including senior leadership, management teams, and/or Boards
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and HR best practices
  • Must reside in the Washington DC Metro Area or Louisville, KY
  • Must work a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in the office
