Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with value-based providers to review financial performance, membership, cost and utilization trends, contractual results, and improvement opportunities
Present provider trends and improvement opportunities to providers and senior leadership
Analyze market financials, claims data, utilization trends, membership movement, risk adjustment impacts, medical cost drivers, and provider contract performance
Serve as a strategic finance partner to regional and market leadership
Support budget development, forecasting, administrative planning, and market financial performance reviews
Lead financial analysis for market optimization, value-based care performance, cost containment, and growth initiatives
Advise regional leadership on financial strategies and significant business performance matters
Monitor company initiatives and assess financial and operational impacts across the market

Requirements

What you’ll need

Live in Florida
Bachelor's degree
3 or more years of experience working with Value Based Contracts (VBC) and/or Value Based Providers (VBP)
4 or more years of management experience
Experience advising senior leadership on financial strategies
5 or more years of project leadership experience
2 or more years of SQL or other data related tools
Demonstrated experience leading and managing special projects requiring cross-functional partnerships
Master's Degree preferred
