About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain solutions supporting secure and reliable file transfers between external partners and internal systems
  • Design, configure, and support integrations between Hyland OnBase, the organization's Record Management System, and web applications
  • Enable efficient file upload and download capabilities, document management, and business process automation
  • Support Hyland OnBase administration, configuration, and integration
  • Troubleshoot complex issues
  • Gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Document technical solutions
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable system performance
  • Report to the Associate Director, HGB IT Platform and Foundational Services for Humana Military

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with enterprise content management, system configuration, and application interoperability
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, SSIS, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience designing and implementing API integrations
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation
  • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS– National Background Investigation Service)
  • U.S. citizenship required for the Department of Defense contract
  • Candidates living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired
  • 1 or more years' experience supporting or developing integrations with Hyland OnBase (preferred)
  • Experience with OnBase Workflow, Unity Client, Unity APIs, document import processes, and document retrieval solutions (preferred)
  • Experience integrating OnBase with web applications and record management platforms (preferred)
  • Familiarity with operational, compliance, and security standards in regulated environments (preferred)
  • Experience supporting file upload/download solutions for internal and external business partners (preferred)
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and change management processes (preferred)
  • Experience working in a healthcare, government, or other highly regulated environment (preferred)
  • Home internet service with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
