About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and business performance issues
- Collate, model, interpret, and analyze clinical and financial data
- Identify, explain, and influence variances and trends
- Enhance modeling techniques to improve forecast accuracy
- Explain variances and trends in clinical and financial data
- Make decisions regarding work methods with minimal direction
- Follow established guidelines and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years SQL and Python experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends
- Experience explaining variances and trends and enhancing modeling techniques
- Experience managing data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Must meet work-from-home internet requirements: minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Must work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
- Not eligible for work visa sponsorship
