HHA 75 Hour Certificate or Current CNA State License
CPR certification

HIV/AIDS Certificate
HIPAA Certificate
Alzheimer's Certificate
Domestic Violence Certificate
Minimum 1+ year(s) professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors
Required TB screening
Valid in-state driver's license
Current vehicle registration and insurance
Driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years
Proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits
Subject to Florida Level 2 background screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
