Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#, and PostgreSQL
Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure front-end and back-end solutions
Partner with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes
Mentor and coach engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and day-to-day technical guidance
Drive technical decision-making for application architecture, API design, system integration, and database modeling
Optimize application performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience
Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and deployment strategies
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards
Contribute to roadmap planning, estimation, technical discovery, and delivery execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years proven experience in a lead or senior full stack engineering role
Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, C# / .NET, and PostgreSQL
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or modern service-based architectures
Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component design, state management, and responsive UI development
Strong understanding of back-end application design, service orchestration, and database design
Experience with testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers
Experience working in Agile product delivery environments
Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure
Experience with microservices or distributed systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability, logging, and production support practices
Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or enterprise-scale environments
Knowledge of secure software development practices and data protection requirements
