About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and manage strategies and initiatives to manage cybersecurity risks from third-party entities
  • Work with stakeholders to identify gaps in third-party security architecture and develop cybersecurity risk management plans
  • Manage Production and UAT environments for key platforms
  • Build out and execute the third-party risk management program in alignment with strategic and tactical transformation plans
  • Centralize risk management throughout the vendor lifecycle and across the enterprise
  • Increase business visibility and drive risk-based decision-making for risk reporting and remediation
  • Advise internal and external industry executives on functional and enterprise-wide strategies
  • Lead teams in determining methods and procedures for recurring third-party risk management tasks across enterprise tenants
  • Collaborate with external account managers and Humana systems engineering teams to mature integrated third-party risk management tools and capabilities
  • Negotiate contract language
  • Exercise independent judgment on complex issues with minimal supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or another technical field
  • 8+ years of system engineering/technical experience
  • 2+ years of Agile/Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building out and managing OneTrust
  • Ability to manage Production and UAT environments for key platforms
  • Ability to negotiate contract language
  • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
  • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
  • Satellite, cellular, or microwave internet requires leadership approval
