About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support enterprise network operations
  • Manage network inventory and maintain accurate network records
  • Track and report Critical and High vulnerabilities
  • Monitor remediation activities against defined SLAs
  • Monitor SLA compliance and produce operational metrics and reports
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to validate data and ensure reporting accuracy
  • Support audit readiness and compliance with established standards
  • Validate data integrity and escalate issues as needed
  • Support effective workload planning
  • Contribute to the stability, performance, compliance, and efficiency of enterprise network environments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in the relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments
  • Experience with network inventory management and documentation
  • Experience tracking and reporting Critical and High vulnerabilities
  • Experience monitoring remediation activities against defined SLAs
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data validation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
  • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
  • Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow CMDB or similar inventory management tools
  • Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel reporting
  • Preferred: Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7
  • Preferred: Knowledge of routing, switching, WAN/LAN, firewalls, and network infrastructure
  • Preferred: Experience supporting audit, compliance, or governance activities
