About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain provider contract data and demographics for assigned provider groups for the Health Plan
Manage provider relationships through shared services supporting Provider Network Operations
Perform roster audits
Act as a customer service liaison
Resolve provider load issues
Manage assigned projects
Make decisions regarding own work methods with minimal direction

Follow established guidelines and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting with providers, payors, healthcare facilities, etc.
Data analytic experience
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
Proficient in Excel
Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred: Experience with APEX, PMDM, PAAG or CRM
Preferred: Provider contract interpretation experience
Preferred: Previous account management or project management
Preferred: Knowledge of medical claims
