About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the stand-up and implementation of a new VA CCN Contract
Establish the operational framework, processes, and controls necessary for contract execution
Partner across multiple teams to identify process improvement opportunities
Implement solutions that enhance performance across claims and financial services operations
Monitor and oversee claims and financial inventory
Implement workflow enhancements and operational controls
Report to an Associate VP, Financial Planning and Analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. citizenship required
Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)
Must not currently live in Puerto Rico
Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience in operations supporting claims administration
2 years of project management experience, including large-scale projects
Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification
Internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
